Shipping FAQ

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BUY?

Within a few minutes you'll receive an email receipt confirming that your card has been charged. Your receipt will detail the products you purchased, your subtotal, tax incurred, shipping charges, and any discounts you may have received. 

Allow 2 full business days for us to process your order. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days for our team.  

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your order should arrive in 5 – 7 business days.  You will be notified when your order ships.  Our stock is changing all the time so it is rare that your choice will be out of stock or back-ordered, but if this happens you'll be contacted to let you know when it will arrive.  We ship Monday through Friday except holidays.  We currently do not offer express shipping.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Yes, to change or cancel your purchase, please call or send us an email inquiry within 12 hours of receiving your confirmation email.  We cannot cancel any orders after 24 hours
